SmartLinx — Hackensack, NJ

• Solution architect across cloud, AI, integration, and full-stack development within large C#, Angular, and React codebases on Azure.
• Led org-wide adoption of generative AI across the SDLC and into core product platforms, delivering AI capabilities that create end-user value.
• Designed and built MCP tool servers in C# and Python and RAG solutions over vector databases, integrating LLM agents (AWS Bedrock / Claude, Strands) with enterprise data.

PrimeTSR — Chicago, IL (a ConvergeOne subsidiary)

• Served as software architect and technical lead for three onshore/offshore (India) Agile teams of roughly nine engineers and QAs each.
• Designed a fully serverless, event-driven AWS architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, Step Functions) to process and store medical billing files for populations ranging from 500 to 1,000,000 people.
• Built ~20 Lambda functions for billing-file processing, storage, monitoring, and reporting, with Athena and QuickSight validation and reporting and real-time client feedback through API Gateway.
• Architected and delivered an Angular front end (CloudFront/S3) and a Node.js / DynamoDB API (ECS / NGINX) integrated with the Genesys Cloud Contact Center.
• Automated all infrastructure and deployments via Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK through Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Mentored engineers on modern AWS/Azure services and current software development practices.

SurePayroll — Glenview, IL (a Paychex subsidiary)

• Architecture and design lead for an online payroll platform serving 75,000+ clients nationwide; led the transformation toward a scalable microservices architecture targeting a tenfold increase in clients.
• Standardized the SOA platform as specialized microservices (ServiceStack, ASP.NET Web API) with an internal framework for configuration and monitoring, and integrated Azure API Management.
• Architected an OpenID/OAuth2/MFA security stack on IdentityServer 4, used across all internal products and by external partners integrating with the company's REST APIs; integrated Entrust Identity Guard.
• Selected and integrated RabbitMQ as the enterprise messaging backbone, replacing a legacy database queue.
• Led a multi-year, multi-million-dollar replatform of the tax system to a certificate-secured SOAP services architecture, saving the company roughly $1M per year.
• Built SSO and third-party integrations (Salesforce, Vertex, DocuSign, Xero, and others) and a unified CI/CD pipeline (TFS, Bitbucket, Jenkins, XL Deploy) adopted across all development teams.

ADP — Elk Grove Village, IL

• Led architecture, design, and implementation of the WAVES benefits-enrollment system (ASP.NET MVC), replacing a legacy application.
• Built presentation and service layers for the large-scale Health & Welfare Service Engine using J2EE, and enhanced WAVES Builder, the Java-based configuration tool.
• Mentored the programming team, enforced engineering best practices, and performed code reviews.
